The Experience: Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet our representative for a Private transfer to your hotel After refreshing, dive into the local culture. Srinagar to Sonmarg Excursion (Meadow of Gold)

Booking Policies

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: Once a booking is made, a 30% non-refundable charge applies. If the cancellation occurs between 30 to 15 days before check-in, 50% of the total bill is charged. For cancellations between 15 to 07 days, 75% is charged. Cancellations made within 07 days of the check-in date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Important Trip Notes: The package is customizable based on your budget and requirements. Any sudden hike in airfare, hotel taxes, or government service taxes (5% GST) will be levied extra. Meal timings at the hotel must be followed strictly; unavailed meals are non-refundable. Please ensure you carry a valid Photo ID (Aadhar or Passport) as PAN cards are not accepted for hotel check-ins.

Refund policy

The cancellation and refund policy of Yatravi is governed by the specific terms of our service partners, including airlines, hotels, and transport providers. For flight bookings, refunds are subject to airline fare rules; if a ticket is issued under a non-refundable fare, no refund will be processed under any circumstances. Regarding accommodations, if a hotel or houseboat is booked under a "Non-Refundable" category or during peak season/blackout dates, 100% cancellation charges apply and no refund will be issued. For standard bookings, cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 100% penalty. In the event of a "No Show," the entire booking amount is forfeited. For transport services, once the vehicle is dispatched or the tour commences, no refunds are provided for unused days or early departures, as vehicles are blocked exclusively for your itinerary. All fuel, toll, and permit charges are non-refundable. Similarly, no refunds are applicable for unused sightseeing, Shikara rides, or missed activities like Gulmarg Gondola due to weather, delays, or personal reasons. Yatravi Holidays is not liable for refunds or additional costs arising from "Force Majeure" events, including natural calamities, landslides, flight cancellations, or political unrest. Any approved refunds will be processed within 15–21 working days via the original payment mode. The initial booking token amount is strictly non-refundable as it is utilized to secure immediate reservations.

Payment policy

Payment and Important Notes: Payment Mode and Schedule: To process the booking, a 30% token amount is required. An additional 20% is due upon receipt of the booking voucher, and the final 50% balance must be paid one week before the trip begins. Payments can be made via NEFT, IMPS, Google Pay, PhonePe, or UPI. Cash and cheque pickup services are available in Jhunjhunu. Rate Calculation: The package rates are calculated based on the hotels mentioned in the itinerary. If no specific room type is mentioned, the price is based on the base category room. Any upgrade to higher room categories will result in a price difference that the client must bear. Booking and Availability: Bookings are only confirmed after the receipt of the advance payment and are subject to the availability of rooms at that time. Please note that we can only hold rooms for a few hours. If the mentioned hotel is sold out, we will provide similar alternatives. If you are not satisfied with the new options, your advance will be refunded in full, provided you inform us within 24 hours. Hotel Selection and Preferences: Hotels are chosen based on budget and our quality feedback system. No changes will be made to the selected hotels without your consent. We highly recommend checking hotel reviews and locations online before confirmation to ensure they align with your expectations. Check-in and Check-out: Standard check-in time is 01:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to hotel availability and may involve extra charges payable directly at the hotel. Breakfast is not included on the day of arrival.
