Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel or postpone your Pattaya trip due to any personal reasons or emergencies, the following standard cancellation charges will apply: 30 Days or more before departure: 10% of the total package cost will be deducted as a service and administrative fee. 15 to 30 Days before departure: 30% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. 07 to 15 Days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. Within 07 Days of departure or No Show: 100% cancellation charges apply. No refunds can be issued during this window as international hotel blocks and private vehicle transfers are reserved on a strictly non-refundable basis.

Refund policy

Processing Window: Once your cancellation request is officially verified and approved, the eligible refund amount will be credited back to your original payment source within 7 to 10 working days. Direct Exclusions: Any actual non-refundable expenses already paid to international vendors, hotels, or activity partners will be deducted before calculating the final eligible refund amount. Force Majeure Conditions: In the event of sudden flight cancellations, visa rejections, or natural emergencies, Yatravi Holidays will actively coordinate with local hoteliers and suppliers to get maximum credit notes or free date modifications. However, direct cash refunds remain subject to the respective property's policy.

Payment policy

Booking Advance: A minimum 30% advance payment of the total package cost is mandatory to officially confirm your Pattaya tour booking. Resort Blockage: This advance token amount is strictly required to secure your 4-star rooms at Mind Resort Pattaya and lock the promotional rates. Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance amount must be fully cleared at least 10 days prior to the departure date to ensure all hotel vouchers and private transfer slots are generated smoothly. Payment Methods: We accept all major secure payment modes, including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Credit/Debit Cards.
