Booking Policies
If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the total tour cost as follows: 30 Days or more prior to departure: 25% of the total package cost. 15 to 30 Days prior to departure: 50% of the total package cost. Less than 15 Days prior to departure or No Show: 100% of the total package cost (No Refund). Third-Party Cancellations: Any advance deposits made for flights, cruises, or specific non-refundable hotel rates are strictly subject to the respective vendor's cancellation policy.
Processing Time: All approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days. Non-Refundable Components: Certain elements of the tour are absolutely non-refundable once purchased. These include: Issued Flight tickets and Visa processing fees. Theme park tickets, monument entries, and specific attraction passes. Cruise bookings (if cancelled within the non-refundable window). Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (like severe weather, natural disasters, airline cancellations, or political unrest), refunds will be provided strictly as per the hotel, airline, and vendor credit policies, after deducting a nominal Yatravi Holidays operational fee.
To confirm and secure your booking with Yatravi Holidays, the following payment schedule applies: Initial Deposit: 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to initiate hotel, transport, and tour reservations. Flight & Cruise Bookings: 100% upfront payment is required for booking any flight tickets or cruise cabins, as per airline/cruise liner policies. Second Installment: 50% of the package cost must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the date of departure. Final Balance: The remaining 20% balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the travel start date. Peak Season/Special Events: For bookings during peak season, festivals, or special events, 100% advance payment may be required depending on the hotel and vendor policies.
