In the event that you need to cancel your trip, the following charges will apply based on the total billing amount: Initial Cancellation: 30% of the total bill is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. 30 – 15 Days before Check-in: 50% of the total bill will be charged as a cancellation fee. 15 – 07 Days before Check-in: 75% of the total bill will be charged as a cancellation fee. Within 07 Days of Check-in: 100% of the total bill (No Refund).

Refunds (if applicable after cancellation charges) are processed back to the original payment method. According to Yatravi's standard policy, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

To ensure a seamless booking experience for your Songkran trip, we follow a structured payment schedule: Booking Token: 30% of the total package cost is required to initiate the booking. Voucher Issuance: 20% payment is due upon receipt of your booking vouchers. Final Balance: The remaining 50% must be cleared 1 week before the trip departure. Full Payment: Total payment must be completed by the time of Check-in. Documentation: A scanned copy of a valid ID proof is required for hotel reservations.
