Cancellation policy

Immediately after Booking: 30% of the total billing is non-refundable. 30 to 15 Days before Check-in: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees. 15 to 07 Days before Check-in: 75% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees. Less than 07 Days before Check-in: 100% of the total package cost will be charged (No Refund). Amendments: Any changes in travel dates or flight tickets will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to airline/hotel policies and current fares.

Refund policy

Hotel Non-availability: If the mentioned hotel is sold out, we will provide an alternative of the same category. If you are not satisfied with the alternative, your advance will be refunded in full, provided it is communicated within 24 hours of the change. Unutilized Services: No refund will be provided for any unused services such as missed sightseeing, un-availed meals, or unused transfers. External Factors: The company is not responsible for refunds or compensation due to flight cancellations, bad weather, strikes, or machinery breakdowns. Advance Adjustment: In case of postponement (informed 10 days in advance), the advance amount can be utilized within 1 year from the date of payment, subject to hotel availability and seasonal surcharges.

Payment policy

Tourism Tax: A mandatory Malaysian Government Tourism Tax (approx. MYR 10 per room per night) must be paid directly in cash at the hotel reception. Security Deposit: Hotels may request a refundable security deposit (approx. MYR 100 per day) at the time of check-in for incidental charges. Standard Timings: Check-in is at 1:00 PM and Check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges. Shared Transfers (SIC): For shared tours, the driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Theme Park Notice: Genting SkyWorld (Outdoor Theme Park) remains closed every Tuesday for maintenance. Valid ID: Always carry a valid Passport for international travel. Please note that PAN cards are not accepted as valid identity proof for hotel check-ins.
