Booking Policies

Cancellation policy

Immediately after Booking: 30% of the total billing amount is strictly non-refundable once the booking process has been initiated. 30 to 15 Days before Check-in: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. 15 to 07 Days before Check-in: 75% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. Less than 07 Days before Check-in: 100% of the total package cost will be charged. No refund or rollover will be provided for last-minute cancellations. Date Amendments: Any requests to change travel dates will be processed as a cancellation of the existing booking. New travel dates will be treated as a fresh booking and will be subject to current hotel availability and seasonal tariff adjustments.

Refund policy

Hotel Non-Availability: If the specified hotels (Upper View Regalia or Bayview Hotel Langkawi) are sold out at the time of processing, Yatravi Holidays will offer an alternative option within the exact same 4-star rating category. If you are not satisfied with the proposed alternative and inform us within 24 hours, your advance payment will be refunded in full. Unutilized Services: No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused or missed portions of the package—including sightseeing tours, entrance tickets, skipped meals, or missed private transfers—due to personal choices, health issues, or flight delays. Weather & Safety Disruptions: High-altitude activities like the Awana Skyway Cable Car in Genting and the Langkawi Sky Bridge / SkyCab are strictly subject to weather, wind speed, and local safety regulations. If these attractions are closed by authorities due to bad weather, we will try to reschedule the visit. If rescheduling is impossible, a refund will be processed only for that specific unutilized entry ticket portion. Advance Adjustment (Postponement): If you wish to postpone your trip and notify us at least 10 days prior to the check-in date, your advance token amount can be securely held and utilized for a future trip within 1 year from the original booking date, subject to seasonal hotel surcharges.

Payment policy

Booking Token: 30% advance payment of the total package amount is required to initiate the booking process. Booking Voucher: An additional 20% payment must be cleared once the hotel and activity vouchers are officially issued. Balance Payment: The remaining 50% of the total cost must be paid at least 7 days prior to the trip start date. Final Settlement: 100% of the payment must be cleared by the time of check-in at the hotel. Payment Methods: We accept payments via NEFT, IMPS, Google Pay, PhonePe, and UPI.
