15 Days or more before departure: 10% cancellation charges apply on the total package value. 07 to 15 Days before departure: 30% cancellation fee will be deducted. Within 07 Days of departure: 100% cancellation charges apply as local temple city rooms remain fully blocked.

Processing: Eligible refunds will be seamlessly processed back to your original payment channel within 5 to 7 working days.

Payment policy

Booking Advance: A 30% advance deposit is mandatory to confirm hotel allocations at Hotel Shivlok and Hotel Pujari Palace. Balance Amount: The remaining 70% balance can be cleared smoothly either 5 days before travel or upon arrival directly to the private cab driver via cash/UPI.
