STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY (DETAILED) Should you wish to cancel, postpone, or modify your customizable Ladakh tour package due to any personal emergencies, health issues, flight modifications, or unavoidable circumstances, the following tiered deduction matrix will be strictly applicable based on written cancellation requests: 30 Days or more prior to the Travel Date: A standard service fee of 15% of the complete package cost will be deducted towards administrative expenses, pre-booked processing fees, and documentation management. 15 to 30 Days prior to the Travel Date: A fixed cancellation charge of 40% of the total package cost will be applicable, as seasonal mountain properties impose structural inventory penalties within this specific window. 07 to 15 Days prior to the Travel Date: A heavy cancellation charge of 70% of the total tour package cost will be levied, as inner-line transit permits, specialized high-altitude vehicles, and remote camp slots cannot be reallocated at short notice. Within 07 Days of the Travel Date or No Show: A 100% strictly non-refundable deduction applies across the entire package value. Absolutely no refunds, partial waivers, or dynamic credits can be extended under this extreme window because all premium logistics, regional vehicle allocations, and boutique resort blocks are fully pre-paid and locked by our field partners on a non-reversible basis.
