Booking Policies

Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel or postpone your romantic Kashmir trip due to any personal reasons, the following standard cancellation charges will apply: 30 Days or more before departure: 10% of the total package cost will be deducted as a service and administrative fee. 15 to 30 Days before departure: 25% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. 07 to 15 Days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. Within 07 Days of departure or No Show: 100% cancellation charges apply. No refunds can be issued during this window as the houseboat stays and premium resort rooms are locked on a non-refundable basis.

Refund policy

Processing Window: Once your cancellation request is verified and approved, eligible refund amounts will be credited back to your original payment bank account or UPI within 5 to 7 working days. Direct Exclusions: Any actual non-refundable expenses already paid to the houseboat or mountain hotels for peak season slots will be deducted before calculating the final eligible refund amount. Force Majeure Conditions: In the event of sudden flight cancellations, heavy snowfall leading to roadblockages (like the Jammu-Srinagar highway closure), landslides, or political disturbances, Yatravi Holidays will actively coordinate with local hoteliers to get maximum credit notes or free date modifications. However, direct cash refunds in such situations remain subject to the respective property's policy.

Payment policy

Booking Advance: A minimum 30% advance payment of the total package cost is mandatory to officially confirm your Kashmir tour booking. Stay & Cab Blockage: This advance token amount is strictly required to block your premium rooms at the 3-star hotels in Srinagar/Pahalgam and to reserve your private overnight houseboat slots on Nigeen Lake. Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance amount must be fully cleared either 07 days prior to the trip departure or seamlessly upon your arrival in Srinagar via Cash/UPI to the driver. Accepted Modes: We accept all major digital payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Credit/Debit Cards.
