45 Days or more before departure: 10% of the total package value will be charged as service fees. 15 to 45 Days before departure: 30% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees. 07 to 15 Days before departure: 60% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees. Within 07 Days of departure: 100% strictly non-refundable charges apply as all mountain logistics and hotel rooms are fully pre-paid for group departures.

Refund policy

Processing Time: Approved cancellations will see refunds processed back to the customer's bank account/UPI within 7 to 10 working days. Landslide/Act of God: If the trip is cut short or routes change due to sudden landslips or road blockages, Yatravi Holidays will rearrange alternative stays wherever possible. Direct cash refunds will not be issued, but maximum assistance/credit notes will be extended.

Payment policy

PAYMENT POLICY Booking Advance: A minimum 30% advance token amount per person is required to block slots in this fixed group departure. Balance Terms: The remaining 70% balance payment must be cleared strictly 15 days prior to the departure date (4th September 2026) to finalize vehicle arrangements and hotel blocks.
