Arrival & Private Welcome

Arrival: Meet our driver at the airport for a comfortable Private Transfer to your hotel

Leisure: Evening is free to enjoy the vibes of Calangute Beach or relax at the hotel’s pool.

Grand Island, Scuba & Water Sports Combo

The Big Adventure: Early morning pick-up from your North Goa hotel on Sharing Basis for a scenic 40 KM Boat Ride to Grand Island (09:00 AM – 05:30 PM).
Underwater Magic: Experience Scuba Diving with expert instructors at the island. We include Complimentary Photos & Videos of your dive!

Booking Policies

Cancellation policy

Immediately after Booking: 30% of the total billing is non-refundable. 30 to 15 Days before Check-in: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees. 15 to 07 Days before Check-in: 75% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees. Less than 07 Days before Check-in: 100% of the total package cost will be charged (No Refund). Amendments: Any changes in travel dates will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to hotel availability and current seasonal fares.

Refund policy

Hotel Non-availability: If the mentioned hotel (Summit Calangute) is sold out, we will provide an alternative of the same category. If you are not satisfied with the alternative, your advance will be refunded in full, provided it is communicated within 24 hours. Unutilized Services: No refund will be provided for any unused services such as missed sightseeing, un-availed meals, or unused transfers due to personal reasons. Weather Conditions: Grand Island and Scuba Diving are strictly subject to sea conditions. In case of cancellation due to bad weather or government restrictions, we will try to reschedule or provide a refund for that specific activity portion. Advance Adjustment: In case of postponement (informed at least 10 days in advance), the advance amount can be utilized within 1 year, subject to hotel availability and seasonal surcharges.

Payment policy

Booking Token: 30% of the total package amount is required to initiate the booking. Booking Voucher: 20% of the total amount must be paid after the hotel and activity vouchers are issued. Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid at least 7 days before the trip starts. Final Settlement: 100% of the total payment must be cleared by the time of check-in at the hotel. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via NEFT, IMPS, Google Pay, PhonePe, or UPI. Requirement: A scanned copy of a valid Government ID proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Driving License) is mandatory for all guests.
