Since international packages involve advance flight ticketing and strict resort inventory blocks, cancellations will attract the following charges: 30 Days or more before departure: 15% of the total package cost + actual non-refundable flight cancellation charges as per airline guidelines. 15 to 30 Days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted. Within 15 Days of departure or No Show: 100% cancellation charges apply. No refunds will be provided as international hotels, private vehicles, and flights are entirely non-refundable during this period.

Force Majeure Guidelines: In case of sudden visa rejections, flight cancellations, natural calamities (like volcanic activity or bad weather), or political unrest, Yatravi Holidays will act as your representative to claim maximum credit notes or date-change waivers from the suppliers. However, direct cash refunds remain subject to hotel and airline approvals.

Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance amount must be fully cleared at least 15 days prior to the departure date to ensure all international vouchers are generated smoothly. Payment Methods: We accept all major secure payment modes, including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Credit/Debit Cards.
