Booking Policies

Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel or postpone your Andaman trip due to any personal reasons or emergencies, the following standard cancellation charges will apply: 30 Days or more before departure: 15% of the total package cost will be deducted as a service and administrative fee. 15 to 30 Days before departure: 40% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. Within 15 Days of departure or No Show: 100% cancellation charges apply. No refunds can be issued during this window as inter-island cruise seats and boutique beach resort inventory are locked on a strictly non-refundable basis.

Refund policy

Processing Window: Once your cancellation request is officially verified and approved, the eligible refund amount will be credited back to your original payment source within 7 to 10 working days. Direct Exclusions: Any actual non-refundable expenses already paid to private ferry operators or island hotels for seasonal slots will be deducted before calculating the final eligible refund amount. Force Majeure Conditions: In the event of sudden flight cancellations, bad weather leading to cruise cancellations (like cyclone warnings or heavy rains in the Bay of Bengal), or ferry delays, Yatravi Holidays will actively coordinate with local hoteliers and suppliers to get maximum credit notes or free date modifications. However, direct cash refunds remain subject to the respective operators' policies.

Payment policy

Booking Advance: A minimum 30% advance payment of the total package cost is mandatory to officially confirm your Andaman tour booking. Resort & Cruise Blockage: This advance token amount is strictly required to block your premium rooms at the 3-star beach properties (Port Blair, Havelock, Neil) and to reserve your seats on the premium AC Cruise Liners. Balance Payment: The remaining 70% balance amount must be fully cleared at least 15 days prior to the trip departure date to ensure all hotel vouchers and inter-island ferry tickets are generated smoothly. Payment Methods: We accept all major secure payment modes, including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Credit/Debit Cards.
